Networking Opportunities
Networking means meeting new people and “talking up” your services and/or products. It is key to growing a business. The Chamber is your source for effective and beneficial networking opportunities.
Marketing Tools
The Chamber has targeted marketing opportunities for its members:
Ribbon Cutting
The Chamber helps new members and/or members with new locations or who expand their business with a ceremonial Ribbon Cutting. Ribbon cuttings are a good way for Members to “show off” their business and a good opportunity for members to talk about their products or services to new members.
Annual Dinner
The Chamber’s Annual Dinner is held at the end of the year to talk about the past year’s accomplishments and outline the new Plan of Work. It is also a time that the Chamber presents distinguished community awards. The annual dinner is the Chamber’s most prestigious event.
Monthly Meetings
Monthly membership meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at the Cadiz Renaissance Center located on 49 Jefferson Street in Downtown Cadiz. The meetings are at noon and in addition to some great networking time, the host of the meeting will present a program about their services or products.
Cadiz-Trigg County Christmas Parade brought to you by the Trigg County Chamber of Commerce
The Cadiz Christmas Parade of Lights is held on the first Saturday evening in Dec at 6 pm. The Chamber of Commerce is in charge of the event. It is held at night and is a wonderful kickoff to the Christmas Season.
Ham Festival Breakfast
The annual Trigg County Country Ham Festival provides an opportunity for city and county residents to come together to celebrate the kick off of one of our most anticipated events of the year. The breakfast is attended by 150 + people each year.
Halloween Safe Night
Trick or Treating is a special event for kids of all ages in Cadiz. The safety of our children is paramount and the local merchants are encouraged to provide treats for our little spooks and goblins that night. Costume contests are held downtown and it is a great way to safely enjoy the holiday.

Gift Certificate Program
As a member of the Chamber of Commerce, your participation in the gift certificate program is FREE!
It is so easy to participate. Just let us know that you would like to join the program and we will add you to our list of accepting merchants. Chamber Gift Certificates are to be treated just like a traveler’s check. When you receive a Chamber Gift Certificate from a paying customer, you will simply place it with your nightly deposits. Since it deposits like a check, you can give change back to the customer. Simply accept, endorse and deposit!
